|Raymond A. Kahn, MD, FAAP|
After receiving his undergraduate and medical degrees from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, Dr. Kahn completed the first two years of his pediatric residency at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City (two blocks from where he lived the first 14 years of his life). He finished his final year at Boston City Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is both board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics as well as a Member (Examiner) of the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a Clinical faculty member of both Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Health Science Center. He has practiced in East Fort Bend County since 1980. Dr. Kahn is married and has two children and a grand-daughter.
|Dean J. Gmoser, MD, FAAP|
Dr. Gmoser is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His undergraduate training was at Marquette University and, in 1980, he received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. After moving to the Houston area, he completed his pediatric residency at the Baylor Affiliated Hospitals in the Texas Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Gmoser is a past president of the Houston Pediatric Society and is currently President of the Baylor College of Medicine Pediatric Alumni Association. In addition, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Baylor Department of Pediatrics teaching residents in the office. Dr. Gmoser has been in private practice in East Fort Bend County since 1983. He and his wife, Sheryl, a registered pediatric nurse, reside in Sugar Land. They have two sons, David and Greg.
|Elissa Atlas, MD, FAAP|
Dr. Atlas was raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Emory University, where she received her BS in Biology, and graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She completed her pediatric residency training at both Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals and the University of California at San Francisco. Before returning to Houston in 1992, she practiced in San Mateo, California for six years. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine, and enjoys working with their residency training program. Dr. Atlas has been practicing in Fort Bend County since 1993. She is married and has three children.
|Ann Poulin, RN, CPNP|
Ann graduated from Colby College in Maine with a BA degree in Biology and Human Development in 1977, and went on to obtain a BS degree in Nursing from the University of Rochester in 1979. After several years of hospital-based nursing, she earned a Masters degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1984. She has worked as a PNP with MacGregor Medical Association and The Learning and Development Center/FM 1960 Pediatric Center. Ann joined Dr. Kahn and Dr. Gmoser in 1994. Ann has a special interest in working with children with attention deficit disorders and learning differences. She is married and has two children.
Carmen Matthews is a Family Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. Raymond Kahn since May of 2014. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2004. She graduated from Texas Woman's University with her BSN and the University of Texas Health Science Center with her Masters. Her background consists of high-accredited hospitals such as The Woman's Hospital of Texas, Memorial Hermann and Methodist. She has helped many families in aiding in the delivery of their newborns and specialized in the Neonatal ICU. Carmen has two children and loves to help others in need. She is compassionate and grateful to be a part of Dr. Kahn's practice.
Laura Eaton has worked in healthcare for 17 years. She received her BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma. In 1990 she started working at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the Internal Medicine Department. In 1995 she became the manager for the Internal Medicine clinics and stayed there for five years. She moved back to Texas with her family in 2000 and started managing the practice in 2002.
